Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States and all orders in Canada. This offer is automatically applied to your shopping cart when the total of your order exceeds the amount before taxes and after any discounts.

Orders Under $50

For orders under $50, a standard shipping fee will be applied. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and the size and weight of your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Please note, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high volume periods, there may be slight delays.

Domestic Delivery Estimates

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method. After shipping, you'll receive a confirmation email sometimes with a tracking number. To keep shipping costs low, we sometimes ship using a first-class envelope based on the size of your order, which does not provide a tracking number.

International Shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders vary based on destination. All applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are not included in the total cost of your order and are the responsibility of the customer.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. Territories is available, subject to size restrictions.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Damages & Wrong Address

Fragman is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for your order unless you purchased shipping insurance at checkout.

We are not responsible for wrong addresses or for USPS's inability to deliver to your address.
