Sample/Travel Size Policies: As such, to ensure the utmost integrity of our products and maintain their authenticity, we do not accept returns or exchanges for vials, sprays, or other decanted items. Please choose carefully, as all sales for these items are final.
Damaged Sample/Travel Size Upon Arrival: If you receive a defective item or if your product is damaged upon delivery, you can return it for a replacement. Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order by contacting us. We require written confirmation of any damage, and you'll hear back from us within 24 business hours.
Full Bottle Return Policies: You can return any unopened full-size retail bottles in their original condition, including packaging and packing slip, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee.
Absolutely no refunds on any international orders are allowed. Refunds only apply on orders in United States.
